The Center is located on 2.5 acres of
land in Brownsville, TX just 15
minutes north of the border with
Mexico. To get there, go South on
Hwy 77 and exit on Hwy 281 (Boca
Chica Blvd). Turn right and go west
for 3.5 miles. Turn right on Old
Military Highway. Follow this road
as it winds itself over a set of
railroad tracks and a big dip. Turn
right at El Paso Road. You will see
the Mission Outreach Center sign on
your left-hand side. Turn into that
